🚚 Shipping Options

1. Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Free on all orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days

  • Courier: Royal Mail, Evri, or equivalent

  • Tracking: Included – you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched

2. Express Delivery

  • Cost: £4.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 1 PM (business days) are dispatched the same day


⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can follow your package in real time until it is delivered.


🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact our support team to check availability and custom shipping rates.


🏡 Undelivered Orders

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, a new shipping fee may apply for redelivery.
